Which allows users to instantly buy or sell property ownership as well as acquire or sell the right to live in a property – all executed and secured using blockchain technology.

Each HouseBit property, such as a house, condominium, or apartment building, consists of 1,000 tradeable digital Ownership Tokens and one tradeable Occupancy NFT (Non Fungible Token).

Each Ownership Token represents 1/1,000th ownership in a specific property or a specific unit in an apartment building.

Each Occupancy NFT entitles you to live in a specific property.

The NFT specifies your financial obligations or any other obligations related to owning the NFT. As long as you meet the obligations, you can live in the property.

The purchase or sale price of any given token is based solely on market forces and permissionless. Initially, all tokens are available for purchase or sale through the Uniswap decentralized exchanges (DEX). Over time, more options will become available.
